Art Challenge 11 - A Cactus

Specifically one cactus, not cacti, I was feeling particularly motivated and wanted to draw a dusky Mexican desert but it called for one cactus, so I drew a little pot, I think I'll call him Andrew. Andrew wasn't particularly hard to draw, cacti are quite simple shapes, although I do regret drawing spines on it, I think it detracts from the overall look of Andrew.

I really like how the flowers came out, the 2 tone petals *chefs kiss* beautiful! I used the same fineliners from Staedtler but decided to see if I could spread them like watercolours and it worked to my benefit, definitely trying this method again!

Personal Score - 7/10 - I quite like Andrew, water control could do with a bit of work so I don't go out of the lines but I like how all the colours blended well together.
