So, the first in the art challenge is a city. Unfortunately, I don't live in a city, well not so much unfortunately, I love where I live now, we have wild frogs and salamanders in our pond!
Anyway, sidestepping the tangent. Drum roll please.....tssssssssssssssssssss!
I used watercolour and acrylic paint, all of which are unbranded, crappy things, that's I've had since I was doing GSCE Art and Design, circa 2008, so using great quality and definitely not 'past its best before' supplies.
Oh, something I'm proud of is the pearlescent paint, I mixed some old eyeshadow with white paint and it produced quite a nice, almost sheer pearlescent paint.
I had a thought of maybe giving myself a score on how I perceive my work. I would love to hear what you all think about it, so please comment below.
Personal Score - 8/10 - I'm really chuffed with how this turned out but the watercolour paper kinda detracts from it I think, with the bobbly lines.
